AppBIM4D is Autis Analytics' web platform, available at autis.app, built to transform construction project management.

The Challenge

Large-scale civil construction projects suffer from the disconnect between the BIM model, the schedule, and actual field progress. The absence of integration between tools such as Navisworks, Revit, and Primavera P6 forces teams to reconcile data manually. Engineers and project managers spend hours each week preparing progress reports that reach stakeholders already outdated, compromising critical schedule and cost decisions. Late detection of sequencing conflicts generates costly rework and cascading schedule impacts.

The Solution

AppBIM4D connects the BIM model to the project schedule in a multi-device web platform. The solution imports Navisworks and Revit models, links each model element to schedule activities (Primavera P6 or MS Project), and automatically generates 4D animations of planned and actual progress — with date and week stamped directly on the model, by construction phase. The platform enables planned vs. actual comparison by discipline, identifies delayed fronts with color-coded visual highlights, analyzes critical-path impacts, and exports visual reports and construction simulation videos for executive presentations.

Results

4D visualization by construction phase with color coding and date/week on the model
Native integration with Navisworks, Synchro, Primavera P6, and MS Project
Construction sequence analysis and optimization with temporal conflict detection
Site logistics planning: access routes, areas, and work fronts
Automatic generation of construction progress simulation videos for stakeholders
60% reduction in progress report preparation time
35% of sequencing conflicts anticipated before field impact
